Plain-English terms for using Proof & Path. Last updated 2 September 2026.
Proof & Path helps you organise a purchase problem, keep evidence, prepare editable correspondence and find links to general consumer information. It does not provide legal advice, decide your rights or guarantee an outcome.
You are responsible for using an email address you control, checking the information in your case and keeping sign-in links private. Only upload material you are entitled to use and share.
Check every draft, fact and external source before relying on it or sending it. Laws, policies and business practices can change, and your circumstances may require independent legal advice.
Prices and inclusions are shown before purchase. Web subscriptions are managed through the payment portal; app-store purchases are managed under the relevant store terms. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not remove your account data.
We may make reasonable changes to improve security, accessibility or reliability. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside our control.
You can export a case before deleting it. Account deletion removes your active account data and cases, subject to limited backup retention described in the privacy page and any records we must retain by law.
