Privacy & trust

Your case belongs to you. Here's what that means in practice.

Information you provide
We store your email address, case facts, uploaded evidence, drafts, timeline entries, reminders, support-person permissions and subscription status so the service can work.
How it is used
Your information is used to provide your account and case tools, create the outputs you request, operate billing and send essential account or reminder emails. It is not sold.
Service providers
Hosting, database, file-storage, email and payment providers may process the minimum information needed to deliver their part of the service. Final providers and hosting locations are documented before launch.
Export anytime
Download a case summary as a PDF whenever you like — including before escalating or deleting a case.
Delete anytime
Deleting a case removes it and its uploaded files from active storage. Deleting your account removes your account data and cases. Limited copies may remain temporarily in protected backups where a production provider uses them.
Support-person access
If you invite someone to help, you control what they can see and do, and can revoke access at any time.
Security and control
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Support access is limited to the permissions you choose and can be revoked. No online service can promise absolute security.

Independent general information and organisation support — not legal advice and not a government service.
